Results cannot be guaranteed.
To get the most out of coaching, you must be honest, open to feedback and suggestions, and fully engaged in sessions. While most clients see positive outcomes related to their career and products, specific results cannot be guaranteed and the examples and testimonials included on this website may not represent typical results. It is ultimately up to you -- how and if you incorporate coaching insights into your personal and professional life. Results depend on your openness to being coached, whether and when you take action after our sessions, and your willingness to do the work required.
Our relationship and conversations are private.
I value your privacy and I believe that real growth depends on having a safe and trusted relationship, which means you can trust me to keep our relationship and conversations between us. I may, however, share elements, insights or takeaways from our conversations in my content, but I will never identify you personally without your permission. However, this level of privacy cannot be guaranteed if you choose to reveal our relationship or conversations via a social post, testimonial, or other publicly available outlet.
Minimum Time Commitment
I require a a minimum commitment of 3 months to start with coaching. While I understand things come up, I I ask that you make a good faith effort to be ready for this time commitment in order to get the most out of our coaching relationship. If you sign up for a coaching and need to cancel, reach out us and we can come up with a solution together.

Session Cancellation/No Show Policy
I have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. A great deal of energy, time, thought and heart goes into preparing for and being present on our calls together. When you schedule me, I reserve that time for you and decline requests from other clients. In exchange, I promise to be on time and present for our sessions. If I'm not, I'll comp you a session. Fair?
If you’re late for a session, you lose that time.
If you're a no-show for a session, you'll still be charged in full.
If you cancel within 24 hours and want to reschedule, you'll need to pay for and schedule an additional one-off session.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
In general, coaching fees that are already paid are non-refundable.
If during the first 3 months of our coaching relationship there is any reason to consider changing our agreement, we will schedule a time to discuss the situation (outside our regular coaching time). Although rare, if we mutually decide it’s best to end the coaching agreement early, I will make every effort to refund the unused portion of your payment(s) minus any applicable payment processing fees.
After the initial 3-month period, I typically continue to work with folks on a month-to-month basis during which time your subscription would automatically renew and charge your credit card on file. However, if you decide to cancel your subscription and if you notify me at least 3 business days before a renewal, I will cancel your subscription and avoid the charge.
Coaching Packages Expiration, Rollover & Pause Policy
Month-to-Month Coaching Packages: Sessions and services outlined for each month-to-month coaching package are only valid for use during the month for which the package was purchased. Sessions and services do not rollover from month-to-month. The amount of sessions and services available resets each month according to the purchased package.
3-Month Coaching Packages: Sessions and services outlined for a 3-month package expire 90 days after the initial sign up date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
