I vividly remember starting my first official Product Manager job in 2015 (after doing Product with other titles for years).
With 14 years of direct Product Management experience, 5 years as a Product coach, and 100+ Product Managers taught and coached, I’ve learned a thing or two about pivoting into and succeeding in Product.

SPRINT™️ is a 6 month hybrid (1:1 and group) coaching experience specifically designed for high-performers with transferrable skills who need help navigating their Product Management job search. It’s also great for Product folks who are back on the job hunt and need a refresher and support.

You failed to answer that one question about product launches correctly and then wish you’d ended the interview experience differently. THIS IS NOT A DIY, SELF-PACED COURSE THAT YOU’LL NEVER ACTUALLY FINISH.
This is NOT a dry course that’s all content without the human-element. This is a hands-on environment that is designed to be engaging and transformational to help deliver a specific outcome: for you to be primed and ready to transition into Product Management ASAP.
The SPRINT™️ Program has a roadmap that is structured around core, predictable milestones. Here’s how we’ll work together to make this happen:

We’ll tackle your resume, cover letter, and overhaul your LinkedIn profile within the first week. Then your application strategy and verbal narrative will be tackled within the first 10-14 days.

Next, we focus on your interviewing skills so that you’re prepared to handle the recruiter screens, hiring manager interviews, and panel interviews, too.

There’s a really good chance that you’ll receive a take-home assignment to seal the deal. We’ll help you to tackle it, and negotiate you offer as well.

Both! SPRINT includes 5 private 1:1 milestone calls at key moments for things like finalizing your resume, refining your “Tell me about yourself…” narrative, mock interview practice, take home assignment, and (my favorite) offer negotiation. But in between our 1:1 time, you get access to weekly group Q&A calls so you’ve always got support for the inevitable questions that come up.

SPRINT is $3,999 if paid up front, which includes community membership. You also have the option to spread out the cost to three installments of $1,599/month.

Yes! You have lifetime access to the SPRINT curriculum and materials as long as you are a community member.

We accept clients on a rolling basis, allowing you the flexibility to join now. You will also have access to a community of career changers you can learn from and mock interview with.

We serve a variety of industries spanning both physical and digital products. Our clients have landed first-time Product roles in FinTech, FemTech, EdTech, and some many other niche industry spaces.

There’s a reason why I am selective about who joins the program. I need to ensure that the selected clients align with the requirements and work ethic in the program because I am driven to deliver results. While I can not promise you a role in 180 days, I am confident that the process is designed to achieve your goal. If you do not receive an offer within 180 days, then I will work with you for an additional 30 days for free. Simple as that; no questions asked.

I do! Landing the job is just the first step.
You are welcome to jump right into the SCALE program (to nail your first 90 days) or continue with a community membership to maintain access to peer support, group coaching an flexible 1:1 coaching.

It varies from week to week, but it’s usually 5-10. You can expect to see familiar faces each week and get some networking out of this. Folks often make lasting connections with other people they meet via SPRINT.
